Some customer relationships grow quietly over time.

Ann is one of those customers.

Over the years, she has visited us in China almost every year. Even with a very tight schedule, she always took time to review samples, discuss details, and exchange ideas. Many product directions were shaped through those face-to-face conversations.

Greetings from ann, customer of Christmas Queen

During one of our previous chats, she mentioned that her daughter loves handmade crafts. Later, when we prepared samples, we made a small bouquet of knitted flowers and thought it would be nice for her to take it home — perhaps her daughter would enjoy it.

This year, Ann couldn’t visit due to her full agenda, which we completely understand. The knitted flowers stayed in our office. When we casually mentioned in an email that we would keep them safe for her until next year, her warm reply made us smile.

Even without an in-person visit, our communication continues. Ann suggested arranging a Teams call to review new designs and ideas, thoughtfully proposing suitable dates in advance.

After years of working together, it’s clear that what truly matters is not only the business itself, but the small details that are remembered.

The knitted flowers are still here — waiting.

We look forward to handing them to her in person next year.
